"Strong voice for classical liberalism" supported plain packaging

A leading young Tory has just tweeted:

Great to see Dominic Raab appointed Justice Minister. A brilliant mind and strong voice for civil liberties and classical liberalism.

For the record, Raab supported plain packaging. He also voted for a ban on smoking in private vehicles (carrying children).

Oh, and he failed to support an amendment to the smoking ban when the opportunity arose.

A strong voice for civil liberties and classical liberalism? Do me a favour!
